However, with the rise of the Millennial generation and the cultural impact of Web 2.0, our former modes of training, motivating and supervising may no longer be effective. How do we effectively train and utilize this new generation of student staff? This fast-paced, highly interactive workshop will focus on strategies for developing and retaining quality student staff, addressing the varying needs and challenges of working with undergraduate students, graduate assistants, and interns.
Round-trip transportation between Hilton Minneapolis and MCAD will be provided.
