The Ivy Tower (1930) grafts Streamline Modern styling onto an Italian Renaissance-style tower. Once billed as 'the tallest building northwest of Chicago,' the Foshay Tower (1929) is a 4/5 scale model of the Washington Monument re-imagined as a Roaring Twenties office building.
